| with over twenty five years of experience (North America, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East Asia and Europe) in architecture, design, product management, infrastructure project management and implementation of large enterprise applications in banking and finance. Hari’s professional background includes a variety of roles, including CIO at Bank of Valetta, Malta and interim CEO at Axsys Corporation, UK. He is dynamic and delivery focused while being commercially astute and inspirational. A founding member of HyperWiser, Hari’s responsibilities include but not limited to strategizing and developing products and solutions that businesses seek now and in the future while evangelizing Infrastructure as a Service to seek, create and close new opportunities. Hari is an avid sportsman with particular passion for Golf, an astute foodie with a great passion to cook he has the ultimate goal of being a Michelin star restaurateur. | Indraneel Shah – Operations and Technology Officer As a founder of Hyperwiser his focus is to combine the benefits of cloud computing with the transparency of on-premise architecture and achieve deliverables in a reliable cost-effective manner. Indraneel's strengths lie in his ability to focus on the Business goals and develop innovative solutions by applying his acumen and experience in IT Infrastructure as well as Software Development. Prior to Hyperwiser he has founded Aumega - an Application Development and Systems Integration company and has served as the Vice President of Technology at UCA Group of Companies where as part of the CIOs office he was responsible for creating product offerings for the company. A senior architect, he has delivered successful solutions in the Finance, Healthcare and Logistics verticals. Indraneel has been a part of core, founding teams at many successful startups including Enforsys - an application service provider, PCWonders.com - online retail merchant, Ratingwonders.com, etc. He has a strong history of successfully setting technology direction while being a hands-on individual contributor. Indraneel has a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University. |

| Anthony Subbiah – Interim Chief Operator and Sales Officer Also a founding member, Anthony has been in Systems Integration business since 1993 and has been engaged in sales and business development roles in multiple organizations. A senior officer of UCA group of companies involved in Systems Integration and Professional Services business, Anthony was instrumental in growing the business over a period of 10+ years to achieve profitable revenues of $140+ million. Ultimately, leveraged market conditions to divest business units realizing optimal value for shareholders. With strong business relationships established at OEMs such as IBM, Microsoft and other best of breed manufacturers, Anthony is able to draw upon support of such organizations to endorse and promote Hyperwiser and its products. Anthony is an alumnus of St. Mary’s, Halifax, where he earned his MBA. He has completed his Bachelor in Engineering from PSG Tech, India. TOP |
